Candidates who qualify the written test and meet all eligibility criteria will be invited to participate in the subsequent stages of the selection process, which may include:

Pre-Induction Training: For STATE BANK OFFICERS TRAINING SCHEME (SBOTS) - 28th Batch
Candidates who successfully complete all pre-induction formalities—including medical and psychological examinations, as well as submission of verified educational documents—will undergo Applied Focused Theoretical Training (residential) at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) in Islamabad.
During this period, they will be designated as Trainees.
Upon successful completion and qualification of the training program, candidates will be formally appointed as Assistant Director (OG-2) at State Bank of Pakistan, based in Karachi.
Compensation Package: For STATE BANK OFFICERS TRAINING SCHEME (SBOTS) - 28th Batch
During the training period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000.
Upon successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Assistant Director (OG-2) with a monthly monetized salary of Rs. 82,000, in addition to other allowances and benefits as per the Bank’s rules under the OG-2 pay scale.
